played at Bernards High School all four years and holds the scoring record with 2,155 points (along with over 1,000 rebounds). She was selected First Team All-Area, First-Team All-County, and First Team All-Conference for three seasons at Bernards. Catherine earned a full scholarship to play basketball at Division II Holy Family University in Philadelphia and was among ten student-athletes across Division II that were named to the State Farm Coaches’ All-America Team her senior year. She left Holy Family as the All-Time leading scorer for women’s basketball with 1,995 points. During college, Catherine was named CACC and ECAC Rookie of the Year (2007), CACC and ECAC Player of the Year (2008), and earned All-CACC First Team three years. Every year Holy Family she reached the NCAA tournament and went a total of 112-15 in 4 years.
After college, Catherine played professionally in Newcastle, England for Team Northumbria for the 2011-2012 season while studying in the masters program of International Sports Management. She averaged 16 points and 6 rebounds while playing in England. While in England, Catherine helped coach/train children and teenagers in the Hoops for Health program ran by Team Northumbria. Also, she coached Northumbria University girls’ second team through out the season.
