is in her fourth year as an assistant coach for the Stevens Institute of Technology women’s basketball program. She previously served as a graduate assistant with the Fairleigh Dickinson University–Florham women’s basketball team. A New Jersey native, Lapszynski played high school basketball at Jefferson Township High School, where she helped lead the team to a 27-game winning streak during her senior season in 2012, reached the 1,000-point milestone, and was named New Jersey Herald Player of the Year. Lapszynski played collegiately at Niagara University, earning Second Team All-MAAC honors in 2016 and ranking in the program’s top 10 in seven statistical categories. She graduated summa cum laude in 2016 with a bachelor’s degree in early childhood and childhood education before playing professionally in Europe for three years, including two seasons in Poland and one in Germany.
